Can be used as control horns in a pull-pull system, or as hard points to attach wire bracing for wings or tail. Adjustable. Weigh less than 3 grams each and are 1/4" dia. x 5/16" long, with a 1/2" dia. reinforcing ring. Large glue surface provides solid installation. Threaded section has about 1/4" of adjustment and is pre-drilled for standard clevis. |

Can be used as control horns in a pull-pull system, or as hard points to attach wire bracing for wings or tail. Weigh less than 1 gram each and are 7/32" dia. x 5/16" long, with a 3/8" dia. reinforcing ring. Mounts through the surface to be controlled, large glue surface provides solid installation. Threaded section has about 1/4" of adjustment and is pre-drilled for standard clevis. |

Smaller Pushrod Connectors
for Slow and Park Flyers ![]() |
Overall length of each connector is only 5/16". For easy adjustment of pushrods in small planes. Phillips set screw locks pushrod in place. Starlock holds connector in servo output wheel. |

These
oversize ball links are SAFER!
![]() |
Very large ball links 1" long. These are much safer for flight control uses than smaller types. These are also strong enough for use in steering linkages in RC cars and helicopter rotor control. 2-56 and 4-40 threaded rods will self-thread into the control rod end. |

Threaded
Pushrod Connectors are safer
and more adjustable than set-screw types. ![]() |
Instead of clamping a pushwire to your servo output these are 2-56 threaded for max safety. The pin through the servo output arm is threaded and is held in place with a nut for removing and for relocating along the servo output arm. |

Micro
control horns for small planes
The
long offset gives a reach of 1/4" from the front edge of horn. The
short offset gives a reach of 3/32" from the edge of horn.![]() |
Very lightweight plastic with barbed prongs to better hold the glue. The holes for the pushrods are 1/32" and can be enlarged if necessary. |

Special
Slowflyer control horns
![]() |
About 1" long. Can be used as a pull/pull horn in slowflyers, or cut off one end for a conventional one-sided control horn. Glue into 1/8" hole in control surface. |

Multi-purpose
hinge
![]() |
1-7/8" long, 1/8" square shaft changing to a stepped round section designed for solid gluing into flight surface. Can be used for ailerons, elevator and rudder in balsa or foam aircraft. We use these for adding a functional rudder to foam parkflyers that come with fixed rudders. |

Do
you want to know the best way to hook up a pushrod with clevises, threaded
couplers, and pushrod connectors? Dont! Z-Bends are the best way to connect a servo output to a pushrod. Z-Bends are the best way to connect the other end of a pushrod to the control surfaces control horn. |
You solder these ready-made Kavan Z-Bend Couplers to a music wire. If you judged the length wrong, melt the solder and move the Z-Bend Coupler. The ends are 1.5mm diameter which fits the holes in servo arms and control horns exactly. |

Adjustable
clevis clamps directly to pushrod!
![]() |
Holds securely because screw clamp is solid brass. Nylon clevis is strong enough for very large control surfaces. It is short less than 1" long so it fits where theres no room for a threaded coupler. Instantly adjustable and you dont have to open the clevis to make the adjustment. A popular "old" item in England but brand new to USA. |

Move control surfaces accurately with no horns or pushrod showing! ![]() |
7/8" wide, 1-1/8" long. Can be installed inside a wing, horizontal stab, or vertical fin to actuate, respectively, the ailerons and flaps, elevator, or rudder. Each package contains one left and one right actuator that move in opposite directions. There is almost no backlash or “slop”. Swivel ball links are included for hookup to your pushrod or cable ends. |
