AXI Gold 2217/5H Helicopter Outrunner

For SPEED 480/500 size airplanes, but provides much more power

Powerful OUTRUNNER for extreme 3D helicopter flying. Works very well with the Mars, Poseidon, Dragonus, Titan, or T-Rex. Instructions give important setup information for getting the best performance from your 3D helicopter. Highly recommend that you also purchase PM22008 Cooler for 22 series AXI motors; this helps maintain the efficiency of the motor by forced cooling.

AXI 2217 Series Outrunner Brushless Motors
2.45 oz. weight, 1-3/32" diameter, 1-3/8" case length, 3.17mm (1/8") shaft diameter. Small high torque motors for models 21 to 50 oz. flying weight.

Mounting Options
2217 series motors can be mounted behind a firewall (use 3mm screws from our Metric Hardware) or, with the addition of the Radial Mounting Set (PM22002), can be mounted in front of a firewall.

Controllers
Use Jeti 18 to 30 Amp Advance PLUS brushless motor controllers.
